I’ve never been to a yoga class — how do I sign up?
Welcome! Signing up is easy. Just check our Schedule Page, choose the class you’d like to attend, and follow the prompts to book. You’ll be asked to create a quick account in MindBody, sign a waiver, and reserve your spot. As a new client, you can book a single class (Intro Offer - $15) or a 2-week Unlimited Intro ($38) to explore the classes and see what works best. If you are new to yoga, see below for our class recommendations.
What do I need to bring to class?
A yoga mat, a towel, and water. If you don’t have a mat, no worries! We have have community mats available free of charge and small towels.
How early should I arrive?
We suggest you arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit to the studio to get acquainted with the space and get settled. After your first time, please arrive at least 5 minutes early. You are welcome to come up to 10-15 minutes early to claim your spot and enjoy some “me time” before class begins.

Grounding poses, steady breath, guided rest. Build balance and ease, then fully let go.

Soothing flow, deep stretches, mindful stillness. Move gently, then melt into stillness.

Beginner-friendly pace, mindful movement, steady breath. You will move, breath and learn the basic poses.

ALL of our classes are suitable for ALL levels and body types. Our educated and compassionate instructors can offer assistance and modifications.

Do you have parking?
While we do not have designated parking, there is ample street parking available nearby. Additionally, there’s a municipal parking garage just one block away at 506 38th Street, Union City, NJ. The rates are the same as street meters, making it an easy and affordable option.
